How do I become a registered estate agent in Namibia?
To practice legally, you must register for, and pass the Namibia Estate Agents Board (NEAB) examination, attend a compulsory induction workshop, and apply for a Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC). Our course is specifically designed to help you prepare for the first step: the board exam.
How often are the estate agent exams held?
The NEAB typically conducts examinations four times a year, usually in March, June, September, and December. We recommend checking the official NEAB website regularly for exact registration deadlines.
What is the cost of the NEAB exam?
The current board registration fee is N$ 2,200.00, which is paid directly to the NEAB. This fee is non-refundable and includes your official study guides (The Estate Agents Act and the Financial Intelligence Act).
What is the cost of the course?
The course is currently available at a special Introductory Price of N$ 500. As we continue to add more modules and resources to the platform, the fee will eventually increase to the standard rate of N$ 1,000. By joining now, you lock in the lower rate while getting full access to all current study materials.
If I pay the introductory price, do I get less content?
No. You receive the exact same high-quality training, videos, and contract templates as those who will pay the standard price later. This is simply a "thank you" to our first groups of students.
Is this an accredited qualification?
No. This is an exam preparation course designed to simplify the legal study material and help you prepare for the official NEAB examination.
Is this course suitable if I have no legal background?
Yes. The course is written in plain language and designed specifically for students with no prior legal training. We break down the Estate Agents Act 112 of 1976 into easy-to-understand modules.
How long do I have access to the course?
You have access for a maximum of two months or until two days after your NEAB exam date, whichever occurs first. Access expires automatically and extensions are not granted.
How do I pay and when do I get access?
Payment is made via EFT only. We do not accept cash or cheques. Once you send us your proof of payment and it is confirmed, your access details will be emailed to you.
Does this course guarantee that I will pass the exam?
No course can guarantee a pass. Our training provides structured preparation and clarifies the study material, but your success depends on your own study time and effort.
What is your refund policy?
Because our course is a digital product and access to all study materials is granted immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds. This policy is in place because the proprietary content cannot be "returned" once accessed. We recommend reviewing the course details and ensuring you are registered with the NEAB before making your payment.

Is this an online course and what equipment do I need?
Yes, this is a fully online course hosted on the Thinkific platform. To access the material, you will need a laptop or desktop computer (recommended for the best experience) or, at the very least, a smartphone. You will also need a PDF viewer (like Adobe Reader) to open the study documents.
What kind of internet connection is required?
A stable internet connection is essential for streaming video lessons and completing quizzes. We recommend a broadband connection with a minimum speed of 5Mbps. In Namibia, a stable LTE, 4G, or 5G connection is usually sufficient. Please note that using a slow or intermittent connection may cause videos to buffer or progress not to save correctly.
Can I study on my phone?
Yes. You can use your mobile browser or download the free Thinkific Mobile App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Once installed, simply search for our school name, Core Foundation Academy, to log in and access your lessons.
Do I need a printer?
While the course is digital, we provide PDF templates of various real estate contracts. We highly recommend printing these out. Filling in contracts by hand and physically crossing out clauses helps build the practical "muscle memory" you will need for the actual exam and your future career.
