Five Students. Five Passes. Another 100% Result.

We are incredibly proud to congratulate our September 2026 students on another outstanding result.

All five students from Core Foundation Academy who wrote the Namibia Estate Agents Board examination on 26 September 2026 passed.

That gives us another 100% pass rate for an exam intake.

Even more encouraging, this means that across our first three examination sittings:

9 students have written the NEAB examination after preparing with Core Foundation Academy, and all 9 have passed.

A Result We Are Very Proud Of

Our Estate Agent Training Series was created to make the NEAB study material easier to understand and, most importantly, to help students prepare for the practical demands of the examination.

The course places particular emphasis on areas such as:

• Contracts and completing agreements correctly

• Transfer duty and stamp duty calculations

• The Estate Agents Act and Code of Conduct

• Practice questions and mock examinations

• Understanding how questions are structured in the examination

Seeing another full group successfully pass makes us extremely proud, not only of the course, but especially of the students who put in the time and effort to prepare.

One of our September students achieved 71% and told us:

“I was very well impressed by the learning materials of the CFA course.”

She also gave us valuable feedback on areas where we can continue improving the course, particularly the Financial Intelligence Act section. Feedback like this is important to us because the course continues to develop with every examination intake.

Three Exam Intakes, Three 100% Pass Rates

Our journey so far:

March 2026: 1 student wrote, 1 passed
June 2026: 3 students wrote, all 3 passed
September 2026: 5 students wrote, all 5 passed

Overall: 9 students. 9 passes.

While we are extremely pleased with these results, we also recognise that our student numbers are still growing. We therefore remain focused on improving the course, listening to student feedback and helping each new group prepare as thoroughly as possible.
