Refund Policy

1. No-Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our training materials and the immediate access granted upon payment confirmation, Core Foundation Academy operates a strict no-refund policy. Once access to the Thinkific platform has been activated, the course content is considered "consumed" and cannot be returned.

2. Agreement of Terms

By enrolling in the Estate Agent Training Series and making payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Immediate Value: You receive full access to proprietary videos, study guides, and templates immediately.

• Non-Attendance: Refunds are not available for non-attendance, lack of use, or personal changes in circumstances.

• External Factors: Refunds will not be issued due to NEAB exam postponements or changes in board regulations.

3. Course Access Expiry

Your purchase grants a temporary license to access the course materials. Access expires automatically based on the following:

• Two months from the date of access activation; OR

• Two days after the scheduled NEAB exam date.

Access is terminated according to whichever of the above occurs first. Expired access cannot be reinstated or "paused" for future exam sessions.

4. Payment Errors

We understand that technical errors can happen. In the event of a duplicate payment or a clear mathematical error in the amount sent via EFT, please contact us within 48 hours at:

Each payment error case will be reviewed individually. Please provide your proof of payment and the mobile number/email address used for registration.

5. Acceptance of Policy

By proceeding with your payment and enrollment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Refund Policy.
