Official Examination & Registration Timeline

• Registration Opening Date: 01 April 2026

• Registration Closing Date: 19 June 2026

• Examination Date: 27 June 2026

Annual Examination Schedule

The NEAB typically conducts examinations a few times per year. While exact dates for the remaining sessions are announced closer to the time, exams generally take place in or around the following months:

• March

• June (Current Session)

• September

• December

Mandatory Costs

The total cost for the examination registration is N$ 2,200.00. This fee is non-refundable and includes the following essential study materials:

1. NEAB Study Guide

2. Estate Agents Act 112 of 1976

3. Financial Intelligence Act 13 of 2012
