Passing the NEAB: One Student, One Exam, One Pass: A 100% Pass Rate to Start

Starting Core Foundation Academy was driven by a single goal: to help Namibian students navigate the high-pressure Namibia Estate Agents Board (NEAB) exam with confidence. We noticed that many candidates were overwhelmed by legal theory and struggled with the practical side of the exam, particularly contracts and tax calculations.

Our "Estate Agent Training Series" was designed to bridge that gap. We focused on what actually matters in the exam room: mastering sales agreements, understanding transfer duty, and practicing with realistic mock exams.

Our First Milestone

We recently celebrated our first official exam date on 28 March 2026. While we began with a small pilot phase, we are incredibly proud to announce that our first student passed her exam on the first attempt.

A 100% pass rate is the best possible start for our academy. It confirms that our focus on high-impact topics like contract clauses and stamp duty calculations is exactly what students need to succeed.
